This took a while to assemble but was pretty straightforward and built very well. The only negative is the backing panels on the back of the side cabinets needed to be pre drilled on the sides and bottom. I used a 1/16th bit after I get the top screws secured. Otherwise it’s a beautiful piece and we are very happy with it.

Love, love, love this the price fit the product expectation. It’s heavy but I like that. It looks amazing! The size was just right and what I expected. It is very sturdy even when moving it to vacuum or plug/unplug things. The only thing I don’t like are the remotes. They are cheap looking and feel cheap. Also the inner piece for the fireplace was crooked and could not be fixed. But those were not enough to knock any stars off.

Super pretty, just as pictured! Puts off great heat in a large area too! Would recommend 2 people to build, instructions were easy but there's so many pieces, in total took about 5-6hrs to build with 2 people that are pretty handy. The shipping was super fast it have me an estimate of Nov 10th and it came Nov 2nd after just placing the order, we also received both boxes same day. I will say the 1 box needs 2 people to carry, we figured it would be heavy and offered to help the delivery driver.

Very disappointed. Spent hours on assembly only to discover that one of the parts was improperly manufactured. Due to this one part being broken, we could not complete assembly. Now we have the 3/4 built mantle plus the remaining parts in piles as we await a response from the manufacturer. Was hoping to have this beautiful piece added to our living room for Christmas Eve, but that will likely not happen now. Would like either Amazon or manufacturer to rectify.

I purchased the 72” electric fireplace, and it arrived in three boxes. Two came on the same day, and the third arrived the next day. Since it’s advertised as arriving in two boxes, I initially worried something was missing. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly kind and reassuring. They confirmed the third box was on the way and even provided the tracking number. As for the fireplace itself—this was honestly one of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever assembled. I’m a 30-year-old stay-at-home mom, and I put it together BY MYSELF in about 2½ hours, with a toddler at home. Every piece lined up perfectly, and all tools were included (though I did use my own drill) If you follow the directions step by step, you’ll have it finished in no time. I’ve seen some complaints about the wood and paint quality, but I completely disagree. This fireplace is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny, in my opinion. The flame effect does look a little on the cheaper side, but that’s something I expected at this price point—and it doesn’t bother me at all. The size is perfect, it feels very sturdy, and overall it’s extremely well made. I would 100% recommend this fireplace and would absolutely purchase it again… honestly, I might even buy another one for my bedroom 🫣

For those who expect perfection, this is probably not the fireplace for you. The paint isn’t evenly applied, several blemishes throughout. Some look like debris was painted over. The corners of the decorative woodworking were not sanded, they were painted with rough edges. Lastly, the fireplace itself, the stamping does not match the white lines of the brick. If I hadn’t spent about 3hrs in building and it wasn’t a jigsaw puzzle to place back in a box, I’d probably return this item. I will say, the fireplace does put out good heat and instructions were easy to follow to assemble.
