A good purchase and money saving project
Love the height 22 inches including the seat. Bought two toilets to replace the original 29-year-old toilets. My husband took care of the second toilet in record time as compared to the first. They both look and work fine. A do it yourselfer can definitely handle it. However, the water tank part seems too tall for the amount of water that is needed for flushing purposes. Its pretty good for on online purchase.

The toilet is great! works as advertised.

Good product but this is really high - make sure you want this much height
We probably overdid it with this one - a bit higher than we should have done. We have also had a bit of problems with the hardware catching and not closing the flapper properly. I think we can configure around that.

Customer Service was exceptional
Very happy with this purchase. The first toilet was damaged upon delivery but customer service was very helpful in resolving the situation and got a new one delivered quickly. It has now been installed and looks great.
