The product is as described, good quality and delivered in good condition. The after service from Jumbo for installation was handled well.

Arrived with no visible issues, but then when we were setting it up, the power cable is loose.We issued a replacement order the same day, it got picked up the next day, but now the replacement is set to be delivered after more than 1 month! (26 Feb return, 9th April replacement)Cancelled replacement and will just look for another option.

The item price is 999 but the seller hiked it to 1097 before sale day and put it for sale as 999. As for the product, its does not let you side load apps or download anything from app store. App store itself has linited apps. Alot of bloat ware comes installed and the tv serves you ads as well. Better options on the market.
