My grandparents had this prickly mat. I like to relax on it before going to bed. Also, when I have a headache, I like to lie on the prickles and everything goes away because the necessary points are pressed. I recommend it 👍

We own four of these. Amazing product for relaxation or sore muscle relief. It's easy to use, easy to pack for trips, and a great value for the money!

This helps my son feel grounded, he loves this mat. We ordered the medium size for him because he's 10 years old but I would definitely order the large for teens or adults.

I cannot get enough of these and stop sharing them. I do get actual acupuncture on occasion so it's not exactly the same but it is great for in between appointments when you need a little replenishing. I honestly have lost count of how many of these I have purchased. I have one for myself of course at home, as well as one a my brothers and cousins where I frequently visit. And, I've gifted so many of these because I have to share it's greatness. Initially, it may take some getting used to but after a while, it is amazing and you don't want to get off of it. The points are so relaxing to feel on your back, it's soothing. Sometimes I even lean into it to put a little more pressure. I have back issues from an old car accident and this helps immensely. I recommend giving it a try.

Pokey, functions as expected for something with spikes. Somewhat relieves pain. Wasn’t looking for this to cure and rid me of my pain. Honestly should be priced lower for what you are actually getting.

I honestly love this more than I expected to. Laying on it for 10-15 minutes helps soothe any headache or tension after a stressful day. I've only been using it a few weeks, so I'm not sure how durable it will be over time but for now it works great for the price! The little nubs are definitely pointy, but not so sharp that it hurts to move on, though you wouldn't want to slide your body into place. Definitely recommend.
