I decided to give this liver supplement a try as I found the combination of the active ingredients interesting and is not the usual "milk thistle mix". So far - my first impressions are positive. The capsules are easy to take and I seem to be tolerating them well so far as I haven't noticed side effects or digestive issues. Since this product contains green tea which is usually rich in caffeine, I take it in the morning. There seem to not be any additives or fillers and the manufacturer has provided the kcal values for this supplement which I find very useful: 10kcal for 2 capsules. 1 star less due to the plastic container which should be replaced with a more eco-friendly alternative in my opinion.
