the barrel connector is 6.35 mm x 3.175 mm or 1/4 in x 1/8 inch would be the numbers for the barrel connector if i am understanding the question correctly. However I am curious as to why you need to know the type or size of the barrel connector when when you can simply buy extension cord plug it up to the wall outlet plug the ac/dc adapter for the resmed, to the extension cord then to the cpap machine? Boom Bang problem solved . unless i am missing something and you are planning on doing something else besides just making the reach of the resmed adapter longer.
