Tried many brands of collagen including liquid collagen. This is the best I've tried. My nails usually get a bit stronger when using previous collagen but when I use this brand, my nails are noticeably stronger than it's ever been. Very easy to take.

So I’m a connoisseur of collagen haha or I like to tell myself that because I’ve tried so many. This product is okay. Its convenient capsule is nice when you don’t want to mix the collagen yourself but to me, that’s all it is. If you like the immediate results of a good collagen, I’d recommend one that you have to mix in water or a drink because I feel like the body reacts differently to that. I don’t think the pills are as strong. My go to collagen is Primal Collagen in powder form and it mixes well. I would probably use these pills whilst on vacation and don’t want to mix my collagen. Other than that, it’s not great but it’s not bad, just subpar.

So I take three of these pills religiously every single day and I have been taking collagen products for about two months and I have been taking this for about a month. I definitely do see a difference in my hair and I also see a difference in my skin, but I’m doing so many things to my skin. I cannot swear that is the collagen itself, but I think a combination of everything that I’m doing is making a big difference. It may be the collagen.
