The media could not be loaded. Ok, the advertisement for this is poorly written so let me set the record straight. This is NOT hardened steel and can NOT stop rifle rounds. This is mild steel that is roughly equivalent to level 3A. So it will basically stop pistol cartridges. There’s a few videos on YouTube that test these plates. I did some modifications to mines. Overall, I knew what I was getting into and I got what I expected. It’s a steel plate with handles. I was wish they made a 16” x 30” plate and had level III rifle plate variants but this is cool and quick to deploy.

Honestly very impressed.
I was watching a bunch of reviews on this steel plate and a lot of people wasn’t pleased but my experience with this steel plate was great, I put the plate about 30y and shot it with 9mm, 55.6 and 12g and none made it through….. now would I use it as a shield, probably not but knowing it could actually stop 9mm and 55.6 is impressive in itself.
