Works well
This little antenna is quite nice. I used this to get a signal from outside my van, which really did help. Installation is simple, as it only requires drilling out a small hole and then there is an adhesive gasket already installed to make a waterproof seal around the hole between the antenna and the roof. The signal is much improved, similar to putting my LTE router outside.

Useless
Absolutely zero change in signal strength when connected to my 5G T-Mobile modem. Not recommended.

Didn’t know how to rate this. Couldn’t really figure out how to get this working. I had ordered it for our travel trailer but didn’t want to screw through or mount through our roof. So couldn’t get this up and working. Maybe I’ll find something else to use this for.

Fits on certain routers
The SMA connectors only fits routers with the correct antenna connection. Can be used if the right adapters are used. Recommended for utility.

Would not fit my modem/router
This did not fit my modem. Looks like I will have to buy extra equipment to use this.

Works in certain applications
I was not able to notice a difference in signal quality having set this up in different areas to provide better connection for my cellular wifi puck. Although, I did test it with and without connecting the antenna, once connected the only difference noticed was an increase in "bars" however, it switched it over to 4G from 5G originally.I don't know if my antenna was defective but other antennas I own in the same spot would increase 5G signal by atleast 2-3 bars compared to this one.

Did not work as well as the original included 5G antenna.
I tried this on my 5G wireless modem for our ATM machine. However, it included antenna with the original modem, worked much better and provided better signal strength than this antenna did.I cannot say that this was any better than other device devices and not provide any boost from signal strength as we were looking for.
