Super refreshing reference to brush up on business basics keeping current on the laws while I focus on my business.

So, a quick story time: I have always dreamed of starting my own business. But when I finally had the funds and confidence to form one, I quickly realized how difficult the whole process could really be. So while I was in the middle of starting my dream, I stopped because I don't feel like I'm knowledgeable enough to actually do it. It eventually crumbled my confidence. It was kind of depressing, but a friend came and suggested that I might want to try a book about starting a business. So, I decided to follow his suggestion and went to Amazon. I bought the first thing I saw (which is this one). The covers looked good and catchy. It even says that it's AI-free. That's what got me hooked at first.I didn't know how right my decision would be. See, I'm not much of a reader, but I enjoyed the first few books. It got me interested, so I decided to finish all of them. Mr. Carlson did an excellent job in breaking down the complex concepts of LLC and S-Corp into something that newbies can easily understand. Moreover, the tone of each book is just like talking to a friend. It's engaging and fun to follow. Thanks to the first two books regarding LLC and S-Corp, I now understand the difference between those structures and how to choose the right one. Moreover, I was particularly drawn to tips on how to save taxes and maximize profits. I appreciate how the book warns us about the common mistakes in implementing these tax optimization strategies, as well as teaching us how to avoid them.In addition, the guides to bookkeeping and accounting were pretty helpful. These are some of the areas in business that I always found to be quite daunting. The author gave easy step-by-step instructions on organizing financial records and managing finances. Now, I feel more prepared for tax filing in the future.As many benefits this book has, I would also like to point out some flaws. There are some instances where I spotted some grammatical errors. It would also be great if some sections were more detailed. But, these issues are not that serious, I'm sure these will be fixed in the next versions.So overall, I'm pretty satisfied with these books. I enjoyed reading it. 10/10 would recommend! I haven't checked out the complementary eBooks and audiobooks yet, but I hope they're as good as the bundle itself. These books gave me the boost I needed to keep going on my business venture. I just started my own business and am in the process of becoming an LLC so this was very informative and great guide for me through the process. But the book offers so much more than that. It provides a very detailed explanation of some of the biggest challenges of being a new business owner. The tips and advice are great. I started reading for the LLC but left with some great insights on running a business that I will put into practice asap.

When I first received these books, I was kind of skeptical because there were only a few reviews on its Amazon page back then. To be honest, I've read several business guides that were all talk and not really useful at all. They're either too overwhelming or too general. However, this book bundle was pretty good! Right from the first book, it felt like the author was speaking directly to me and addressing all the issues I encountered as a small business owner. It gives you all the advice and information you need so you can launch your business with confidence. It even comes with clear instructions for drafting and filing the necessary paperwork. Moreover, the 25-point checklist ensures that you don't miss any crucial steps. It will guide you every step of the way. That being said, I'd like just to say that I spotted a few minor downsides like faded prints on some sections and some grammatical errors. But, it did not really affect my reading that much so I just went on. Overall, this bundle really lives up to its promise. I wish I had this earlier!

As advertised, this book contains just the right information that beginners could understand. They were thorough in some sections, especially the important ones like the requirements, steps to start, and the advantages and disadvantages of each business structure. While the overall knowledge that the guides impart was pretty good, I think it'd be helpful to add a bit more examples. This would make the concepts taught in each book easier to apply in real life. Some little quizzes or activities can be also fun to do.

This book was a great read for beginners in business doing tax deductions. Author Steven Carlson did a great job researching and writing this. He made it easy to understand for beginners starting out. It included 5 bonus books on top of it to help others do their business tax deductions.He talks about the pros and cons of owning an LLC. The author gave some great ideas and tips about accounting situations for your LLC. There was a 25 point checklist, I really liked that to help someone with filing their taxes and to know what they are doing. I hope to hear more from the author.I would definitely give this a 5-star rating. I would also recommend this to others if given the chance. Excellent help book.

So far, I'm in the middle of the tax optimization book. I finished reading the beginner's guide for LLC and S-Corp. Even though they were advertised as "beginner guides", I'm surprised that they were pretty thorough. Each book discusses the pros and cons of each business structure and gives some tips on which one is the best for your business endeavor. It's also great that these guides also include the requirements you'll have to prepare once you start making your business official. It even has checklists at the end of each book to ensure you'll follow what the book tells you. So anyway, everything has been good so far. I'm impressed with the level of detail and the simple words that could explain such complex concepts. I look forward to the other books, as well as the complementary eBooks!
