Powerful, but below 200W equivalent.
I installed this side by side in a dual headlamp, the one illuminating to the left a 500W halogen, the one on the right this bulb. Add you can see there is a massive difference, maybe the LED light is equivalent to a 150W, maybe a little bit less. So not bad, and still a powerful lamp, but no match for a powerful halogen. Of course, after a minute the one on the left was scalding hot, and would probably burn out even if I moved the lamp, while the one on the right was barely above room temperature, so if you are looking for a practical yet powerful replacement to your halogens and don't need to compete with a 500W torch, this is a great option.Edit: I bought a different one to compare. This one:R7s LED 118mm, 110V J Type Double Ended J118 LED Bulbs, 30W (200-250W Halogen Bulb Replacement), Dimmable 2700 Lumen Daylight 6000K Floodlight https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HN89CQH/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_X4JmEbVVZZ1F3Difficult to tell fun the picture, but this new one (on the left) is slightly brighter, and whiter. But neither is significantly brighter than the other so both are equivalente purchases of you ask me. Will report back if either of them doesn't last.

Great Customer Service
I wanted to replace my halogen bulb on an indoor torche light. This LED light fits perfectly in the old lamp and is plenty bright 98% of the time. However I need the full brightness of the 500 watt halogen the remaining 2% of the time (once a week for a few hours) Unfortunately it does not get as bright as the 500watt halogen. The LED is very white light as opposed to the warmer somewhat yellow light from the halogen. If you don't need the full power of your halogen and don't mind a whiter color light, than this LED is for you. It goes without saying that this LED uses less than a tenth of the power consumed by the halogen light. The LED is dimmable, and be turned down quite low. I now use this LED in my work light. Again it fits perfectly and is plenty bright enough with the added bonus of not getting fried by the heat the halogen produces. The LED produces almost no heat. Customer Service contacted me via email (I did not initiate the contact) just to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. A nice touch. Shipping was very fast. I recommend this company, hopefully more options as to the color and brightness of these LED lights will be available in the future.

Good light but not for long
This was a satisfactory replacement bulb for an old halogen torchiere-style lamp for about six months of light to moderate use, perhaps 750-1000 hours worth. It then started flickering intermittently; a change of bulb demonstrated that the problem is not in the lamp itself. That's too bad -- I liked the warm white light color, and it was almost as bright as the 300 watt halogen bulb we had before. It would just be nice for such an expensive bulb to last longer.

Good Halogen Replacement
I am satisfied with this product. I make light but regular use of my halogen floor lamp. It has been going strong since 2019.

Manufactuuring defect ! Once Modified it is now working.
I removed the working halogen to replace with this LED, hopefully brighter, "bulb".I tried many times to plug it in but no luck.I put the halogen back in and it lit up perfectly. So I looked closely at the LED bulb and noticed that the contacts on both ends were below the plastic surrounding the contacts. I made a special AC cable to do a probe test and the LED bulb lit up so it does work.It took 10 minutes to use a very sharp knife to trim away all the plastic that hid the bulb's metal contacts. Now the LED contacts actually make contact with the light fixture contacts and the LED bulb now works. and dims properly using a standard old dimmer switch (not one designed for LEDs, so I do not have to replace the dimmer switch).

Nice bright bulb but....
I bought this bulb to replace the halogen bulb in my portable work light. The halogen unit was 300 watts and used to get so hot that on more than one occasion I gave myself a pretty good burn by accidentally touching the hot metal housing after this fixture was on for a while. It also threw off enough heat to help keep my hands warm while working on my car in chilly weather. But, nevertheless, I wanted to find an LED alternative that was just as bright as the halogen but not as hot - and hopefully a lot longer lasting. So I ordered and installed this bulb in my work light and it works well....EXCEPT....the heat sink on this monster makes it MUCH heavier than it's halogen equivalent. As a result of the much greater weight, I already have found that if I accidentally knock my work light this bulb will come loose from the two nub style electrical contact points. I must've had to disassemble and reassembly my work light 8 or 9 times in the short time I've been using this LED bulb in it. One jar or jolt and the darn bulb comes loose from the electrical mounting. I jerry rigged it so that it will hopefully stay in place a bit better and not be so easy to dislodge with just a minor jarring of the fixture.Other than that one complaint I'd say this bulb is just as bright at the 300 watt halogen bulb it replaced - but uses approximately 1/10th the electricity.

Great replacement for 200w halogen torchiere lamp
I have a few of those halogen light torchiere lamps sitting around sucking up electricity so I decided to upgrade them to LED. I bought one to check to see if it fit then immediately bought another one. I took off the halogen light protective glass cover and also a heat shield at the base of the former halogen bulb and just slipped these in. They work great! The listing says 3000 lumens, which looks to be correct, it's a little less than the output of a 200W halogen but bright enough to light up a smaller room, definitely not as bright as 300W halogen. But I went from 300W to 10W. I'm sure I'll recoup the cost pretty quickly since these lamps are on a lot.

not long lasting
So far I've had to replace 3 of these. 2 of them within a few months and another now at a year. The seller responded quickly to replace the first 2. Still waiting to hear about the most recent one. Otherwise, brightness is great and they installed pretty easy.

Works as expected
I have had this bulb for 2 months. It's easy to install, and works as expected. It works with the built-in dimmer switch just fine.

Overall - very satisfied.
Packaging appears dubious - plain white - see pics, product info printed and stuck on to the packaging. While we try not to judge by looks and appearances, moving on to using the product.First 24 hours - very bright, easy fit. A little whiter than the color that comes off of the old halogen lamp. I have two floor lamps in the living room, and bought1 LED lamp for testing.Physically, the lamp is much larger, of course, than the original 300W halogen lamp.Have not really tested the dimming feature - at 30W consumption, it did not seem necessary to conserve energy further. Will give it a month or so, and will purchase another for the 2nd floor lamp.

Very pleased. A lot brighter than expected
We replaced a pair of 300W halogen stick bulbs in high use torchiere lamps in our family room with these 32W LED bulbs. I was unsure if a 32W bulb could possibly be bright enough so I only bought 1 to try out. I swapped it in and the end of the room with the 32W LED seemed just as well lit as the end of the room with the 300W halogen. I immediately ordered a 2nd LED bulb and we could not be more pleased with the color of the light, the brightness of the light, and the significant power savings. Although the LED bulbs are dimmable, we always have them on full so I cannot comment on how they perform when dimmed.I replaced the 1st bulb about 7 weeks ago and the 2nd one about 6 weeks ago.
