Being on a restricted diet can be difficult. This soup is easy to make, falls within my dietary restrictions and tastes good.

My favorite thing is I'm already vegan and I love potatoes and I love soup- but recently I had to transition into a gluten free diet as well. this soup is 1) delicious 2) nutritious 3) simple & easy to make 4) filling AF!!!!it's so hearty and hits the spor every time. my wife is not vegan or gf and she also loves it.Follow the instructions, I recommend adding the butter for sure- I've used almond & oat milk and they both fair well. I do also recommend adding in your own seasonings. it IS seasoned, but only somewhat. add a lil this or that of your faves & you will be SET!!The texture of the soup is sooooo creamy and thick! It's a phenomenal bang for your buck; excellent value for your money!10/10 recommend & tbh I have this on subscription delivery, 2 packets monthly (but I may need to up the amount or frequency)!

This soup is so good , tastes great and easy to make ! Love that it is dairy free as we have allergies in the family !

Followed directions on product and the flavor was good but the potatoes were still very firm thats why its only 3 stars. Perhaps a longer cooking time would help. Take note it's a small package but that wasn't a reason for the lower star rating since that information is on the listing.
