I’ve been looking forever for the perfect bag for my training supplies and wanted one with 360 wheels and small enough to fit in small plane overhead bins or under the seat. I think this bag is nearly perfect. Rolls nice, feels sturdy, looks small but holds a lot and will be easier to maneuver down plane aisles. The only questionable feature is the TSA lock is on the side of the bag which isn’t attached to any of the zippers, so I have no idea how it would actually work to secure your belongings. I wasn’t looking for that feature though, so it isn’t an issue for me. Just arrived so I haven’t taken it on a trip yet, but should fit easily as it’s a bit smaller than my current bag. Agree with one other reviewer who mentioned it would be nice if it had more interior pockets, but overall I think it’s pretty great.

Wonderful bag, with sturdy construction, easy to roll (on 4 wheels!) and is expandable! I have used this bag 3 times and so far, it has held up perfectly. I usually pack my makeup/hair/meds in that bag and carry it on the plane under my seat (in the condensed size), but challenged myself on a 3 day trip by expanding it and packing everything including clothes for a larger carry on. Held up fabulously and I was able to cram a lot of stuff in the bag! Rolls like a dream, holds a LOT more than you think it will, and is sturdy. So very happy with it!

A perfect smaller suitcase. Lots of pockets, well made and durable. Also very lightweight, which is key. My go-to suitcase for short trips.

I’ve been using this carry-on luggage weekly, and it’s held up beautifully. The wheels glide smoothly, the handle is sturdy, and the overall construction feels solid—definitely built to last. It’s the perfect size for organizing everything I need for short trips, and the compartments make packing a breeze. The only downside is that when it’s fully packed, it doesn’t fit in the overhead compartment on smaller regional planes, which can be a bit inconvenient. But for standard flights, it’s a perfect fit and performs like a champ. If you travel often and want something dependable and easy to maneuver, this bag is a great choice. Just be mindful of those tiny aircrafts!

This bag met all of my needs. Great size and easy to roll. This bag holds a lot and fit perfectly in the overhead compartment on the plane. Nice color as well.

This is a very nice looking bag for the price, all the hardware and zippers are heavy duty. I purchased the blue and I get lots of compliments on how nice it looks. It has a lot of nice pockets on the outside that make it nice to put you wallet, keys, phone and things you need to get to easy while traveling. The wheels seems to be good quality as well and the handle works well for me as a small person.

I compared this to my 20+ yr. old Ful softside (2) wheeled case and it was illuminating. Side by side their exterior height and width were the same---however, the Ful had much more interior capacity because the wheels were integrated into the packing compartment which sits almost to ground level. The Bagsmart is basically a box sitting atop the wheels and the 3" loss of packing space was VERY apparent. The Bagsmart is attractive looking and had nice features, but I will be returning it and probably sticking with my still very serviceable Ful that has proven its worth all over the world. Trading it for one with 4 spinning wheels does not justify a $$ upgrade.
