Mastic gum- as described
I had never tried mastic gum previously. This gum is as advertised. No issues with shipping. It has no flavor & requires time heating up in mouth before chewing. Comes as hard crystals & becomes chewy as it heats up in mouth. A little pricy; works as described. Definitely stiffer than traditional gum. Probably have to use long term/years to notice effects of tighter jaw line.

Sticks to your teeth don't buy
I wanted to like this gum for strengthening the jawline. It was awful. I spent more time trying to get it out of my teeth. The gum sticks to your teeth and in between teeth making it impossible to chew. It turns into a sticky stringy mess. It gets very soft when it warms up in your mouth so it is not the hard substance you would need for jaw strengthening. You cannot return product.

First time Chewer
This was my first time trying mastic gum so I am going off of no other experiences. I got this product because I have a bad habit of chewing pens at work, like I’ve ran through all the office pens. Anywho I have mine in the fridge and I use a small amount. It starts off this hard glass like texture with an intense wood/piney flavor. As you chew the flavor starts to dissipate and get much milder, to just a hint of taste. It softens to a wax like texture, it’s a dense chew. I re use my piece (like within the same day) and once out of your mouth the consistency will turn hard again but the flavor remains mild, which is good. I am a fan, I am not chewing my pens, and my jaw feels good but would def be very careful if you have jaw issues.

Love it
There was one really hard piece that wouldn’t soften but the rest are perfect, But don’t judge the product on one piece, try a few cause one may be a dud.I forgot my toothbrush at home for a hotel stay and had tarter I could see on my teeth from the day. The gum took alllll of it off my teeth after a few hours chewing. Highly recommend. Of corse I still recommend brushing and flossing lol but the gum comes in handy when that’s not available.Taste kinda mildly like tree bark at first but the flavor goes away fast and it takes on the flavor of drinks I have while chewing. So this morning it was coffee flavored lol. I suspect if you want mint you could chew a mint up into it. Haven’t tried that yet myself.

Not the greatest gum, but a great conversation piece
This would be a great gift for a historian, dental assistant, or dentist. These little drops stick to your teeth a bit, are flavorless, and a bit unusual, but a great novelty for sure for anyone interested in the origin of chewing gum. Violet Beauregard would absolutely go nuts about it.

Workout for your jaw
I really like this mastic gum. It is just in pellet and chunks in the jar- doesn't look like much or resemble chewing gum in any way. It's also unflavored, and feels a bit like you are chewing on very hard wax, but it gives your face a workout, and as a bonus is reported to have an antibacterial effect in your mouth, teeth and soothing for your digestion.
