I use this on my computer desk chair.... sometimes as a back brace, sometimes as a seat cushion .... (depends what hurts most that day--sciatica or mid back).... it's cushy, comfy, and supports like a dream.

I am using this cushion on my desk chair. I sit at my desk and computer for long periods of time. I am a heavy person and this cushion gives me great relief for my bad hips and comfort to my aching knees. It also takes pressure off of my lower back. I think it will help my pain issues considerably.
