Impressed!
My 9 y/o had a FitBit Ace 3 that stopped working, so this review is more a comparison between the two. Bought the Vigor 2 to replace the broken Ace3 and another one for my 6 y/o.The build quality is way better. It has a colour screen so that's a win too.The app is good and the installation and configuration was a breeze. No need to create accounts or anything, just create the child's profile and add the device to with that profile. You can have multiple profiles with multiple children. Ideal! Both my kids are loving it. This is a great learning opportunity for a ~6 year-old, it encourages them to learn to read time and to get a better grasp of 1 minute to a few minutes to 1 hour etc. It also encourages them to walk more and exercise as they love to see the step counter go up and they log when they get medals for their achievements, which are displayed on their watch as they earn then and on the app.

Good value watch when compared with more expensive products
My 9 year old daughter loves this. It's a very good value for money product when compared more expensive models, but has all the same functions. She loves tracking her step count. You do need to sync it with a device to enable some of the functions and sometimes the time doesn't sync or update once it's been charged. But overall really happy with the overall look and function, my 9 year old daughter can easily use this.

Good kids fitness tracker. Easy to set up
My 9 year old wanted a fitness tracker for his birthday and as most similar items have lasted less than a day in his hands before, I didn't want to spend a fortune. This is good. It counts his steps etc and it's reasonable quality. The associated app isn't fiddly and annoying and it's super easy to set up. For the price I paid, I'd have no problem recommending this to anyone. It'd be 5 stars if the strap wasn't quite as un-child friendly. He struggles to undo it so I'm always being asked to adjust it for him.

Good watch
My grandson loves this watch and wears it daily, he likes to compete as to how many steps he has done. When it stopped working, the seller sorted it out within a few days. Thank you

Appalling battery life
Looks great but battery life is appalling! Only last 24 to 36 hours between charging - not 7 days as listed. Don’t waste your money!!

Some problems connecting and cheap screen
The positives about this are the straps and casing feels like good quality to me. The feel is lovely, it seems durable and colours are nice.Once connected it seems to function well and I love that there are no games or annoying noises that come on this so it doesn't serve as a pointless distraction to young children.Moving on to the negatives... there's definitely a lack of instructions with this and more importantly, troubleshooting. I could not connect this to my phone at all. I had the app and have had a previous smart watch from this manufacturer. I'm also pretty tech savvy. It just simply wouldn't connect despite all my efforts. It did however connect to my partners phone without issue. As to why, I'm not sure. It could certainly have been an issue my end, that I was missing. This is why more comprehensive troubleshooting information would be useful. We have also found that it disconnected somewhat often. The only way to resolve this would be to go into the app and pair again. It's just an inconvenience that should be addressed. It would be ideal if it worked more as a standalone device rather than relying on a phone connection... with the additional functionality of sending data to the phone if you would like.Having said that, my son loves it despite the frustrations. It could just be improved.
