I ordered one of these chairs a few days ago and was delivered in good order without tears in the box, good quality box. Was able to put it together in 25 minutes without issue, good instructions provided. Quality is good, thick plastic on the bend point between seat and back, great lumbar support as I'm 6' 1" at 165lbs.. Very comfortable seat, much better than my previous mesh seat as it appears weight is more equally distributed. Only disadvantage is that there are only two locking positions for the back, one for straight up and one for fully reclined. For the price you cannot find a better value for an ergonomic chair. I work in this chair about 12 hours a day and I can tell you my back feels 400% better. I have ordered a second chair for my daughter whom is 5' 3" at 110lbs and also fits her perfectly.

I am 5'6 and the lumbar support is too low and is not adjustable like other chairs. Could be more comfortable if the lumbar hit where I need support. Caution if this is what you are looking for.

I watched a video review that I swore was the same product, but it appears to just look identical. You can’t lock the mechanism for the back, you can only have it locked straight up, or unlock it and just lean back, and it takes effort to push it backwards. (Like a rocking chair) The piece that goes behind your lower back was uncomfortable, I ended up removing it and putting a small blanket there instead so my back doesn’t touch the plastic. Also you can’t rotate the arm rests, which was disappointing. The seat cushion is nice, though. Not exactly the product I hoped for, but it’s better than the broken chair I was using.

Solidly built and comfortable. This chair is supportive, adjustable in all the right places, and is easy to work with.The gray and black combination match my office theme and present a clean, professional look on and off camera.I’ve had a lot of chairs. This one is not too heavy or too light. It’s comfortable enough to last the day and I don’t dread sitting down. Although mine is paired with a standing desk for variety. Still can’t sit all day, but if I were to, this would be the right chair for the job.

Husband loves this chair for his bad back

I really like the overall quality of this chair.I do recommend watching the video before putting it together. Everything is well marked but can get confusing.The only option I found lacking was a forward tilt adjustment on the chair back. Other than that, very happy.
