ProtoArc wireless trackball mouse, EMO1 NL is AWESOME!
Very well built, comfortable, and works great! Well worth the price.I've had a Logitech M570 for years and it worked good but this new ProtoArc blows it out of the water.I don't think there is a single thing about it that I don't like.It tilts from 0 to 20 degrees making it very comfortable. It also has adjustable DPI for custom cursor movment. Silent clicking, Very smooth control, Page up/down buttons, and a nice scroll wheel. (No it's not silent but it's not noisy either. It has a slight clicking sound.Another feature is something that I really like and haven't noticed anyone posting about. If you push down on the wheel, you can scroll up or down, fast or slow depending on how you move the track ball.I used that feature a lot with my old mouse and was happy to see that this mouse does that. The last thing I want to mention is that my old mouse took a AA battery. This one is rechargable.I love it!

Great replacement for Logitech M570
Just had 2 Logitech M570's go bad due to the button switches, decided to try ProtoArc as a budget replacement, about half the price I paid for the M570 few years ago. These things are great. Best feature is the connectivity, no need to use a special unifier dongle and there is a 3 device connection switch. I have only tested the bluetooth connection so far and it has been working with no problems. Just pair it once and it works. The ball movement is smooth, I can't feel any difference compared to the M570. I see people complaining that there is drag but my unit is very smooth. The button clicks are very nice also, very quiet compared to the M570.The unit is slightly wider than the M570, maybe 1/4". For me, I don't really notice it. The adjustable tilt angle is ok, I don't have an opinion on it, I don't feel it has much benefit, not to me anyways. The complete bottom of the device is covered by one large rubber pad to prevent sliding around. I seen some complaints about this, but I think this is much better than the 3 small pads on the M570. Those pads on the M570 eventually lose the adhesive and fall off, at least on mine they did, so it had no grip pads after a year or two.So far, I think this is a real winner at this price point. If it holds up for awhile, I'll probably get another one for work.

Well-Made Mouse, But the Trackball Isn’t for Me
The ProtoArc Wireless Trackball Mouse (EM01 NL) is a solidly built and well-designed product, but unfortunately, I couldn’t quite get used to the trackball feature, which is why I’m returning it. Here’s my honest 4-star review:What I Loved:1. Build QualityThis mouse feels incredibly durable and well-made. The materials are premium, and the overall design is sleek and modern. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the construction of this product.2. Comfort and ErgonomicsThe ergonomic design is impressive. It fits comfortably in the hand, reducing strain during long periods of use. I can see how this would be a fantastic option for people who suffer from wrist pain or need a more stationary mouse option.3. ConnectivityThe wireless functionality is seamless. It pairs easily, and the connection remains stable without any noticeable lag. It’s compatible across multiple devices, which is a big plus for those who work across various platforms.4. Customizable ButtonsThe programmable buttons are a great feature for productivity. Being able to assign specific functions or shortcuts makes it an efficient tool for multitasking or creative work. Why I’m Returning It:As much as I wanted to love it, I just couldn’t get used to the trackball feature. The learning curve was steeper than I anticipated, and I found myself struggling with precise movements. It’s not an issue with the product itself—it’s just a matter of personal preference.Final Thoughts:If you’re someone who enjoys or is accustomed to using a trackball mouse, this is an excellent option. It’s well-built, ergonomic, and packed with useful features. Unfortunately, the trackball just didn’t work for me, so I’m returning it.I’m giving it 4 stars because the product is great overall—it just wasn’t the right fit for my needs. If you’re considering switching to a trackball mouse and are willing to invest the time to adjust, this one is definitely worth trying!

Great mouse!
In the past I used Logitech and they were fine but pricey. I tried another brand under $30 on Amazon (I believe Nubea) which was fine but wore out after several years. I saw some good reviews for this online and figured it would be my replacement. It took a bit getting used to as the feel and configuration are slightly new to me. But I am very impressed. I switch between my phone (Samsung Dex) and laptop frequently enough that I really enjoy having the button to change devices on the top (other mouse had this switch on the bottom). It's easy to charge with USB type C. Has a quality feeling hard shell. Angling it for my hand is nice and that hasn't collapsed while in use. The scroll and buttons are solid. The buttons are nearly silent and were triggered too easily at first but I've gotten use to the feel and they are great. I would say the only downside is no built in storage for the dongle but I leave that in my laptop anyway.

Almost Good...
The mouse feels really good. The feel and response rival that of Logitech, maybe even better. The sad part is that the buttons are not reprogramable! It needs software support! Please ProtoArc, just add that feature and you got a solid product.
