I was so hesitant about this purchase but with someone who’s in remission from cancer I needed something to help drain lymphatic fluid. The days where I’m tired and sluggish I can get on this for a few minutes and it helps push fluid fluid through and boost my energy. On days I feel normal and I can use this, it’s so easy to just hop on and get a better workout. It’s small enough to fit in the corner of my room. The value and quality were great.

The boys love this machine and find it a lot of fun. Lots of things jiggle and talking is a riot. It was a great value for the amount of use in a short period of time. I haven't experienced any weight loss but I feel like I have done something significant after being on it for ten minutes.

The media could not be loaded. Got delivered today and I used it for one hour straight. I have to say this is by far the best piece of home equipment I have ever bought that really works. I have atrophy of the legs which just means my legs are very weak from not eating meat or vegetables for years. After the first use of this machine, I was finally able to bend down and lift myself back up without holding onto something for assistants. I will refer this product to all of my customers and I will update my review one month from today.

I just received my Hoteave vibration plate yesterday and it is a piece of junk. It worked for 10 minutes and hasn’t worked since. The controls don’t work , the remote doesn’t work AT ALL to start the programs. It just lights up but does nothing. The first 10 minutes it got from it was invigorating but & I felt stimulated. But I’m returning it because I don’t have time to fuss around with something that doesn’t work.I watched the video on YouTube, read the instruction booklet & references for troubleshooting guide on page 14. No improvement. I even ordered the 2 year warranty which I want a refund for also.1/2 star
