I am writing this review after my 6th ride on the bike. I was hesitating between 4 and 5 stars due to issues with the assembly instructions. However, customer support was responsive. They sent me a new part for the hidden seat post clamp. It turns out that the clamp was already installed but invisible under the top bar and the manual was illustrating a different clamp. I found a YouTube video on how to adjust the front wheel hydraulic brake. I understand that the company is working on improved instructions. The pedals included in the package are useless for this type of bike. They might as well ship the bike without them. Once this was sorted out I truly enjoyed my rides. I like the flat top of the handlebar, which spreads the pressure on a larger area when you rest your hands on the bar, a major improvement over my former bike. The seat is comfortable for long rides. It is a well made bike and a great value for the money.

I was very happy with the bike for the first couple of months riding 20 miles in 1 hr 3mins but now i found the rear derailleur is changing gears randomly and is quite annoying especially when at my cruising speed 20-23mph. i am not very happy about this when i am competing the bike is only a couple months old and i'm only 192lbs this should not be happening. my old 31lbs 21 speed bike is 2 years old and does not have this problem. Took the bike to the shop and got the gear cables adjusted, Perfect and is still fast after 2 years. Will be getting another one for my son..

Great price for a full carbon bike! Smooth riding and comfort are to be highlighted.

carbon fiber cracked around the cable holes but It cracked two months after I received it. Customer service replaced it with a new front fork. It is a fine bicycle.
