Protection is inexprnsive for my two pair of heasets.
I had ordered a pair of Koss Pro4AA headphones and wanted to keep them pristine. I also use the on my headset with microphone for amateur radio. This adds to the comfort and I do not mind someone else using either one now that I have these covers. They do not diminish the sound, acoustically they are transparent. I have enough to last quite a while.

Microphone Sanitation
