A bit big
Not used it yet as it's bigger than I though depth wise and needs a bigger pan sadly but it looks ok. Maybe best for a larger amount tho

Bigger than expected
Very sturdy and bigger than expected, so large saucepan required, it has a rounded bottom which at first thought it might be a problem, but I'm able to stand it on the counter without all the chocolate coming out (use t. towel to lay it on).Delivery and packaging very good and arrived quickly.I put 450g of chocolate in and only fills a quarter of the pan. The top of pan is wide enough to bang chocolate back in although I get messy. (I'm still learning)Cleans easily soppy water.
