Great envelopes, however they do not seal - lick all you want, and they do not seal !!!Terrible flaw for such a fancy envelope. Isn't sealing the whole point !!!!!!!

First time I've ever had a quality issue with this product

Same brand, weight, and quality (in my eyes) as my local office supply but at around one half the price.

I have used Southworth products for many years. They meet high standards for any correspondence or business projects you have.

These envelopes, and the matching stationery are of good quality. Very suitable for business correspondence, and fairly priced.

Why didn't I give this 5 stars? Lets jump right to it then.GOOD STUFF1. Great quality paper. You can feel it. The texture itself is elegant. This fits a 8.5x11 sheet easily.2. Will make it stand out.3. Easy to print on it with a laser printerBAD STUFF1. Some of the envelopes were sealed while in the box upon receipt. When I tried to open them they tore. So I lost a few to that unfortunate event.2. They are almost see-thru. I placed a letter in the envelope and I could read portions of it while it was in the envelope. Don't expect security from these.These 2 annoyances made me drop 1 star. However, when I send letters I like to use these. They are unique and make my letters stand out above the rest.

These envelopes are the perfect surface for the calligraphers pen. Smooth white cotton, allows the ink or watercolour medium of choice to glide from the pen or brush. The best quality paper allows pen and ink to show off. A wonderful product. Hope you produce this quality in other size envelopes. They would be most welcome. Great product Southworth.

THOUGHT ENVELOPES WOULD BE THICKER.
