The product on the whole is good and looks really nice which my grandaughter loves however there are intermittent connection issues with the remote control

Is it a used one
I got a car like used one. There is no bmw label on it. The package is not good. No catalog is included. Really disappointed

wow ,, love love . grandaughter loves this too, speeds are great fast faster and even faster she loves it and so does granddad, thinking he is a youth again with his remote control car he might have got for christmas lol
