These install super easily -- especially in a wood gate -- and operate reliably, time after time.I installed these on a back gate that was always getting left open and unlatched. Then it would swing in the breeze until something broke. These hinges have eliminated the problem. Even if the gate ends up being unlatched, the hinges hold it from blowing open and shut.They have a nice finish. It feels like they are powder coated and scratch resistant. The construction is heavy and plenty robust for typical residential or commercial applications.I'm glad I've installed these as they have alleviated a little bit of stress and concern in my life.Good seller and Great product!
