Amazing tent
Very warm and easy to put up. I did it at night in the dark and it wasn't perfect ngl but it was decent and held up well for a weekend. And no bugs inside the tent which I appreciated.

Lightweight and sturdy. Will barelly fit a low height cot
We used this for a long cross country road trip in all sorts of weather and it did its job well. It was a bit difficult to get the cot in, it had to be assembled inside but it did work.On colder nights there was some condensation inside from breathing but it never let rain water in at all. This packs very small, it would also be great for backpacking because of the low weight.Overall we were very happy with it, it proved to be sturdy and kept the weather out.

So simple
Really simple and easy design for set up. However it didn't seem very well ventilated for hot days and it also looked like it would be a very tight squeeze for two people. I would say it would be better suited for one person. Did return and will look for something a little bit more spacious.

Two cuddle bugs or one average Joe
This tent is a good build quality but a tad on the small side such that it's not suitable for an above average height male (5'10", right?).I'm 5'10" and pretty much max the tent out with my length and sleepingbag fluff.Setup is simple, even if it's not a "quick" deployment style. Lay it out and clip the clips to the poles. No big deal, even alone after dark. The tent without rainfly would be perfect for dark sky viewing or Yosemite falls in the warm months. with the rainfly you increase the heat inside, but you get a defacto vestibule. It appears to be taped well.I'd be nervous using it without a footprint. Any old tarp with a good thinkness should do, just stake it down well. The reflective paracord on the zipper pulls is helpful after dark so you don't have to fumble around too much trying to find the zipper.Overall I'd compare the quality to an REI branded tent. Not the best, but good and affordableish.

4-season
This is one of the best backpacking, 4 season tents on market. It's secure in any weather. It's well made and has features designed to protect you and your gear and the harshest, arctic conditions yet, it's lightweight enough to classify as a long distance hiking backpack tent. The price is greatly reduced from the time I ordered mine. I made it a gift to a family of nine along with a two and 4 man bear grills tents. The reports from them are durability, quality, easy to set up and takedown and all the right features.

I LOVE everything about this tent…..except
I got this for solo motorcycle camping but it would also work for backpacking. Packs up very light and small. Took less than 5 minutes to set up the first time. It is free standing so you can easily move it around once up, or set up on a hard surface. No pegs required. Nice little storage bag inside. Zippers worked well. Rain fly is great. Little covered vent windows on each end. Easy to get on and off.MY only con is that it is too short head to toe. I’m 5’11” and my toes and forehead both hit the tent wall when lying on my back, especially with a mattress. I don’t think I could sleep like that so I’ll keep this for a grandkid. I would say 5’8” or less would have no issues. Great quality lightweight tent at a budget price.
