I am using this regularly. It is very efficient. The items given with this product are durable. This works as per the details mentioned in the product description.

The cooker is good,for cook rice, steaming in two containers above it. Also comes with idli stand, have not tried idli yet. When bottom plate not put rice may stick to vessel but thats fine. The issue is if i put rice and soaked channa for example in same vessel, then channa get settled in bottom while cooking and many of them gets dried or even blacks or browns at bottom i.e. not get mix and cooked. Not sure if i need to mix before cook. It takes about 40 mts to cook rice. The ratio for water rice works around 3.25 to 4 times of water. I.e one tumbler rice to 4 tumblers of water like that. Nice to gift to someone.

Panasonic is a Japanese trusted company so there is no doubt for this product quality , durability .. this is a really nice rice cooker for cooking rice this is take 15 to 20 min for 4 people raw rice. You can steaming or frying also in this cooker because it has 2 dish separated pan ....just awesome combo pack in Amazon. Great product , value for money.

Excellent cooker. Has made my life easy. Cooking rice is a cakewalk. But one needs to be careful while steaming vegetables, because - unlike rice - there are no instructions in the manual about the quantity of water to be used. My veggies came out softer than I intended, and I realized that I had used too much water.

Product came with stains on the hearing element and dents in the additional heating tray. Looks like old stock that is unsold.

writing this after a month of purchase. everthing is good and its works well. there is s only small difficulty in cleaning as the rice sticks to the bottom of vessel.

Its really good for bachelor to make rice when there are out of home and idle & vegetables can be cooked as well. All the products descripted in the description has arrived without any damages and within short time. I recommend it for people who wish to make theie own rice without much effort required.
