KROST 47362 Hss Circular Saw Blade Set for Metal Rotary Tools, 6 Pieces

These are sharp well made blades. I found them more than sufficient for sheet metal, plastic, thin plywood and acrylic sheets. Even after several hours of overall use they have not dulled or warped.Initially there was some vibration because the supplied mandrel uses a bolt with standard threads so there is always a little angle introduced when you tighten it to hold a blade. But I found that a drop of Fevibond on the mandrel tip before tightening the bolt will dampen any vibration as well as prevent any slipping of the blades which causes the mandrel to heat up. And since Fevibond is just rubber cement, its not a strong bond, the nut opens without problems.This is a fairly economic product so I don't really think these are true HSS steel ( for example, even a 5mm drill bit of actual hardened steel is more than Rs. 700/- compared to about Rs. 300/- for six pieces of these) but like I said, I've run several of these blades through about 25-30 meters already but they are still sharp,Highly recommended.

Dont ever think you can use that biggest saw wheel. Dremel doesnt have torque to use that on wood and neither is it stable. I somehow managed to cut a 3/4 inch rubwood sheet half way through the thickness with a medium size wheel. Rest of it I had to use a saw blade. the spindle is really thick and it reduces the depth of blade that can go into wood. Build quality is good.I use the collet for other purposes too

NOT FOR REGULAR PROFESSIONAL USE. SHOULD BE HANDLED CAREFULLY. FOR SMALL PROTOTYPE JOB IT IS EXCELLENT. PLEASE ALIGN BLADE PROPERLY OR IT MAY VIBRATE. DIRECTION OF ROTATION OF DRILL SHOULD BE RIGHT. AS A WHOLE THE PRODUCT IS GOOD. SECURE THE BLADE TIGHTLY TO THE SPINDLE.THANKS.

Can cut only small wood pieces ..6mm thickness. On drill machine you cant reach surface of wood to cut . Blades are really tiny . Dont get fooled by photo.Most of the blades are useless.Also blades doesnot cut straight. Uneven surface out of the box.Good for cutting may be one or two screen rods or one time use product only.Most useless product after seeing with my bare eyes.

•The package contains 5 circular saw blades from 22mm to 44mm.•The thickness of the blade is ~0.5mm.•The blades fixes to the mandrel with ease, but take caution to fix it as per the directions given on the blades and rotation of the blades should only on clockwise direction.•The blades are doing its job pretty well.•As printed on the blades, the blades should run at 20,000 RPM, but I doubt as the blades get heated quickly when used on a drilling gun which rotates @ ~0- 3000RPM.•So take precaution as not to overheat the blades as the wood may get burnt-out.

The blades are nice and sharp. Works really well...BUT the downside is that the adapter (Mandrel) provided does not keep the saw blade in center resulting in constant vibration of the Dremel or rotary tool. I would suggest you to do some modification with the mandrel or shape any other metal rod to the diameter of the circular blade and use with it and discard the mandrel provided in the package...

For this price item ok except a defect in the screw which holds the saw with the mandral , the screw is not fitting side of the screw is bit deformed , though it seems neglectable,but it causes wobling of the saw, I am trying to correct it by just grinding the irregular portion of the screw , For precision cutting the defect would be a cause of concern.,the larger size saw cant use with dremel as it causes treamondes vibration which cant hold with hand ,also is very dangerous for the inexperinced user of this saws
