Have used a few times now to cut dough and it is well made, easy to clean and is up to the task.

Excellent product, quality materials, soft cushiony handle (same material as the whisk) very comfortable. The only issue I could see that you may want to consider are the sharp corners. I have other brands with rounded corners and I like them too. I found the sharp edges useful in cutting thru the dough and popping some surface bubbles.

Great for dividing bread. Makes clean cut the first time don’t have to try to cut thru more than once. Brod and Taylor make great products.

I love this. It is sturdy and the handle is dishwasher safe. The blade is sharp enough to pick up dough cleanly from surfaces.

I have several of these but this one excels in size, handling, grip, ease of use. Very durable, it will handle bread dough with ease. Very functional. Love the grip. Cuts through Dough like butter.

Since I bought this I am literally rolling in dough. This scraper is nicely made and reliable when things are a little tight. So if you are a little short on dough (aren't we all?) get one of these and see if you can scrape up a little extra dough when you need it. It's a nice feeling to know you can always come up with a little extra when you can't make ends meet (on your baked goods that is). Note: An excellent product, but not recommended for scraping the bottom of the barrel. For those desperate tasks I highly suggest you use Lehman's Genuine Amish Old Fashion Barrel Scraper with telescoping handle.
