The videography with this series is poor and the written description are also poor but at least some ideas are gained throughout each chapter. I feel the authors are more concerned with getting a book out then getting a great book out. Please next time do close up definition video. Have the lead surgeon scrub in while his fellow films the cases right next to the Dr Karrams etc not over the right or left shoulder because of the shadows and head obstruction. Always concentrate on the operative field by staying to the right or left of the surgeon but not over the shoulder.
