1. Functionality - The product does it's job, I mostly buyed the product for it's wireless charging.2. Battery life - It's capacity is mentioned 10000 and I can say it can charge my iphone 14pro max 2 times from 20 to 100 percent3. Is it value for money - I will say "yes" it's a best choice in the price range4. Is it easy to use? - surely it's not a big dealRegarding the size - it's compact and can fit easily in pant pockets.5. The magnets provided inside the powerbank is super strong it won't fall off that much easily.Drawbacks.1. The magnetic ring provided with the power bank is good indeed but the issue with is that it won't stick to silicone cases. It will come out easily.2. The power bank and phone gets warm during wireless charging but no need to worry it's common ( Just thought I should mention this for those who are new to wireless powerbank)

I purchased this Ambrane power bank specifically for wireless charging, believing it would work as advertised. The product listing states that it supports iPhone 12 and above, but nowhere does it clearly mention that it only supports the older Qi wireless charging standard and not the newer Qi2 standard used by the latest iPhones (like iPhone 15).The Issue:• If you are buying this for wired charging, it works fine. No complaints there.• However, if you are planning to use wireless charging, be aware that it does NOT support full-speed 15W wireless charging on newer iPhones that use Qi2. Instead, you’ll only get 10W charging, not the advertised 15W.• This critical detail about Qi vs. Qi2 was not clearly mentioned on the product page, leading to confusion.Customer Support Experience:After realizing the issue, I contacted Ambrane’s customer support. Instead of acknowledging the lack of clear information in their listing, they simply told me that the problem is due to my iPhone running iOS 18 and using Qi2 wireless charging. This is misleading because it has nothing to do with iOS but rather with their power bank’s outdated charging standard.Additionally, I had to spend ₹340 just to ship the product to their service center, only for them to send it right back to me without a proper resolution. They refused to offer a refund or a proper replacement.Final Verdict:If you only need this for wired charging, it’s fine. But if you are looking for a power bank that supports fast wireless charging for newer iPhones (like iPhone 14 and 15), this is NOT the right choice. The product description should have been clearer about this limitation.This will be the first and last Ambrane product I purchase, and I will be advising my family and friends to avoid this brand as well. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service have left a bad impression.Rating: 0/5 for wireless charging.

Quality assurance and the charging ability is all up to the mark and the performance is the top notch and it's specially value for money and The structures and the durability is just awesome I think you have to buy once and you will enjoy it.

I bought this powerbank to support an Indian company. When it first arrived it had around 75% charge on it. Put it on my iPhone 14 Pro to charge it, and it worked as expected.Then when the power bank’s battery was exhausted, I put in on charge. The power bank charged upto around 50%(2 LEDs blinking) but thereafter it did not go beyond that. I charged it for 24 hours but it still didn’t charge further.I had bought it considering the replacement policy on this product, and so I contacted Amazon for a replacement. They asked me to contact the manufacturer directly for support.I called on Ambrane service helpline, and they asked me to send an email with the following:1. Copy of invoice2. 30 second video showing my problem, with a voiceover describing that the power bank doesn’t charge.3. Photos of my charger with the wattageThen they assured me that after some time a technician would come to my location and take away the product. Then he would check as to whether there is come faulty component or whether the power bank needs to be replaced.Then they would proceed accordingly and deliver the product back to my location.I believe the whole process would take over 15 days. This is not a customer centric approach. You should replace the product first and then check what went wrong with this piece.It is too much of a hassle over a power bank.Furthermore, the replacement policy on the product page is misleading. Amazon does not allow for replacements. They simply say that the manufacturer would take care of it.I do not recommend this product because if something goes wrong there is no support from amazon.
