Perfect for my Mac Mini
This replaced a 27” Samsung 4k monitor and while there was nothing technically wrong with the 27”, this qhd feels higher quality and to my eyes has a nicer picture. I like everything about it. I was mildly worried during setup because I couldn’t get the stand to fit together but it worked out eventually.

Very impressed! Colors are great! 2k 1440p at 24”! Wow!
2k resolution at 24”!! Wow finally! I wish it had higher refresh rate. Would pay double for a model that is 240hz. I got this screen to use as a second vertical monitor. Most 2k screens are 27” too tall when used vertically. Using a 1080p screen was out of the question for me. The colors are very nice too! Look better than my main $1000 480hz 2k monitor.

One of the best 2k monitors at this price point
UPDATE (08/07/2025): After owning the monitor for a little over half a year, the monitor would malfunction occasionally. It will at times be unable to detect a signal from my laptop and the screen just shuts down as a result. Please note that the monitor is connected through a USB hub so it could also be a compatibility issue with the hub. I have an Asus XG27ACG connected through it that doesn't have this issue. Reducing star from 5 to 4 as a result. Compared to the Asus monitor however, the colors are more vibrant on the Samsung and images are slightly clearer so I'll give them that. This is perhaps one of the best 2k monitor at this price point you can find on the market with a good screen refresh rate and USB hub. I purchased it mainly for productivity and media entertainment. Been working with no issues. Videos look stunning at 1440p and scrolling is smooth at 100Hz. Connected it to my laptop with the provided USB-C cable and everything started up normally. The cable also provides charging at the same time. Make sure to switch the refresh rate on your laptop to 100Hz. The only downsides would have to be the bezels (could've been made a tad smaller) and a lack of USB-C ports. Regardless, at the price you're getting this for, there's not a whole lot to complain about.

Nopt really compatible with Windows 11
I got this to replace another samsung monitor, which worked fine, but was just too small. OOB, the resolution has an inch of black on each side of the image. After a lot of work, I figured out that I just won't be able to change the resolution directly. The drop-down for that is grayed out. All I can do is select various refresh rates and see what the resulting resolutions happen to be. But that isn't even consistent--for some reason I am now stuck with 1260x1024, which isn't even the right shape, even when using the same refresh rate that gave me a reasonable resolution five minutes ago. This is horrible and unusable--I'm going to have to return it unless it fixes itself magically, but I prefer not to rely on magic. I definitely suggest buying something else. P.S. The very limited instructions that were included for setup are terrible--Ikea can write assembly instructions without words and still be clear, but Samsung apparently cannot.

Fantastic 2K monitor
Image quality is amazing out of the box. Dual monitor setup has minimal transition due to thin bezel. Matte black bezel limits eye strain. The blue power light is muted and absolutely unobtrusive. Did not immediately have an image because it did not cycle to DisplayPort setting. Fumbled around to find the OSD button which is on the back and changed the settings to DisplayPort.

Great for everyday office
If you are looking for 1440p monitor that can daisy chain and usb this works well. Used everyday for 9+ hours by a team of 16 for 6 months and no complaints so far

High quality, but 3.5mm headphone input does NOT support mic
High quality monitor, but buyers should know that the 3.5mm headphone jack does NOT support microphone input. The monitor has one 3.5mm headphone jack. When you plug a pair of headphones in, you can hear sound, but you CAN'T use the microphone on those headphones. So, to use for my work Teams meetings, I had to buy a pair of USB earbuds.

This monitor stopped turning on after 4 months of use. It has been a nightmare dealing with Samsung. I sent the monitor in at my own cost to have it fixed. Told the broken part is on back order indefinitely. Was promised an exchange for a new monitor. After waiting and waiting, called to find out that the monitor is not available. Asked for a refund. Still waiting. Every time I call they tell me the cheque is being processed. It’s been 3 months. When I call Samsung Canada it routes me to another country. Completely useless customer service. Still no monitor and out hundreds.
