Core Velocity Belt System
This strength/conditioning harness set arrived in new condition inside a white plastic bag. I was not able to find any instructions, QR codes, or any communication regarding use of the belt system. So I had to watch their video, which just shows someone pitching with it on. The belt feels well made. The velcro seems to stick together adequately. Admittedly, it is not very comfortable, but I don't think it built for that. The resistance ropes also feel like they are of quality material. Overall, I would recommend this or those who already know how to use it properly.
