Arrived in a timely manner and exactly as described. I go through many CT Scans and if I don’t drink a ton of water immediately following the scan, the dyes working through my system always create urinary issues. I drink a cup with this added and then several glasses of water afterwards, then within 24 hours, I’m back to normal. I wish this was around when I was growing up and having urinary tract issues. This should help most, but if still having issues more than a day or 2 after using this, then a doctor should be contacted. This is very easy to use. The box has several single use packets. Add one packet to a glass of water and drink. The taste is slightly lemony, but not overwhelmingly like a strong lemonade. It’s always good, as a woman, to have this on hand. Definitely worth the purchase.

Honestly didn’t expect this stuff to work as I work in healthcare and know the unfortunate process of vaginal infections but I was cleared in a week. I even went and did a urine test after to double check and everything came back clear. The taste was actually good too to the point I was a little too excited to drink it. I will say, my injection was pretty moderate, so if you’re is more serious I would recommend buying actual D-mannose pills to take along with this.

This product tastes great and works great! It has been a miracle for me!

Medicine works well.

My husband says this product has not worked for him. He has had recurrent UTIs, and we were searching for something other than antibiotics, because his liver functions were being affected. He gave this product a shot, but he still has the symptoms. Too bad, because we were quite hopeful.

I bought this to help flush out a uti I also use this brands defend capsules that also really work for me but this uti must have been a strong one cuz it came on hard I drank so much water amd cranberry juice and it persisted I try to avoid going in for antibiotics so I got this to flush it out and idk if this is recommended but it worked for me I put one packet in about 10 ounces of water drank it then drank another one so 2 in a span of a couple of hours and it flushed out my uti 🤷🏻‍♀️

My wife didn't care for this product because it was not suitable for her. The taste was not good.
