I started taking these to beat seasonal depression and although they have brought me up and I am sleeping less and taking less naps however, my heart is racing and pounding and feels like it’s doing jumping jacks in my chest! Not worth it for me. I’m already on blood pressure medication’s so probably not a good combination, maybe should’ve consulted my physician first!
