BROKEN IN PACKAGE DONT WASTE MONEY
I unboxed this to install and it is falling apart screen is detached and will not stay on and is all scuffed up. Don't waste your money. I bought for xmas and just now opened to install now that it's nice outside. I should have checked it sooner :(

Steering Wheel Controls
This head unit was advertised for the exact truck I have. The most important thing I was looking for was to have my steering wheel controls work. The add said it would work with my steering wheel, THEY DIDN'T. Even after going thru the setup for it the Volume buttons worked backwards - was volume up and + was volume down. The phone buttons didn't work at all.

It’s nice when it works, but very aggravating at times.
Disconnects you from your home wifi and connects to the unit even when turned off. Also sometimes you turn it on and it will not connect period, you will have to restart the unit all over and go through the zlink connection process again. This has happened multiple times.

Great Stereo
This is a great Stereo. Easy to install and lots of features. I had a problem with the first one I bought, and customer service sent me a new one the next day. Great customer service!

Needs an installation manual! Needs better labeling!
The AWESAFE Ford F150 2009-2012 Car Stereo is a great stereo! Most cable connections are labeled, a few were not. There is a screwdriver and prying tool included as well as some mounting screws. The GPS device was not labeled! The antenna was not labelled! There is a large microphone with a ridiculous clip! The unit is pretty solidly built! The touchscreen was responsive!The plastic housing feels great! There is a reversing camera included. The stereo mates well with the vehicle. There is a color manual included. There is a good heatsink on the back. Included a wi-fi antenna! Features worked very well!

Screen separated and metal bent, upon arrival, box was in good shape no damage to box?
