Make sure seat cushion wedge design will work for you.
This chair is of good quality. Easy to put together simple instructions. Seat is comfortable and thickly padded. But as a work from home senior of 69 years the design of the seat was not for me. It has a slight wedge at the front causing my right glute & ankle to tighten up. Old injuries of past. Hated to send it back.

Soft to Sit In but Feels Very Durable
First the cons: its big and heavy, more than I thought it would be, but I wouldn't change it smaller, I like its size for how well it feels when in it. But do have help moving the huge box inside unless you are fit enough to move over 40 pounds in a box big enough it can hold a plus size person, or open and take piece by piece inside and the seat n back still have lots of weight by themselves.2nd Con: there were some minor alignment issues. 1st being the left arm bottom seat holes being too close together so one of the screws seem strained and was very hard to screw in to get arm not to be wobbly...its only part I do worry the screw may one day snap due to the strain. That could be something that might need changing, more quality control to be sure holes are straight and in perfect distances. Another alignment issue is fact the tilt handle does basically nothing even after unscrewing the tension knob halfway or so, however your seat sits when first pushed down is about the tilt you get, mine is flat mostly, but I do get a sliding off the seat feeling especially when I first sit down and haven't been able to tilt it yet to change that, but having something to prop feet up on a bit helps to not have the feeling (also my plus size weight may of helped weigh the padding a bit as I sat in chair so the feeling goes away after a few minutes of sitting in it...when I get up the padding all bounces back).I decided to use the wheels that come with the chair first, before maybe one day switching to those fancy rubber rollerblade kind; and these original wheels hold the chair up with me in it so far (couple days of hours n hours use) and they roll really easily....especially on hard surface...have to be careful I don't fly back into the wall when trying to sit down...in future may get a area rug for chair to sit on so it won't fly away when I just sat down. The plus side: this chair is hands down more padded and comfortable then the over 14 year old computer chair from staples...especially now its padding is nonexistent. At this point almost any chair would be an improvement, but this chair is more comfortable than even my rocking recliner loveseat combo in the living room and seems like it has a more sturdy foam padding in it. Time will tell and I will update in future if things change. I was worried the padding for my plus size self might be too hard to be comfortable for my average sized hubby, but he too says it feels way better than the old chair and helps his lower arthritic back to not hurt when sitting in it....so its comfortable for all here :)in all I'm happy with this chair, I hope I don't have to move its location much though due to its large heavy size, rolling it does very easy, its the picking up to move around I wouldn't want to do (and in that case unscrewing the 4 screws that hold the back on, to move bottom seat wheels n handles separate from back will make that much easier). I'm also glad it did come with a few spare screws in case one breaks (though have no idea how I would clean out the other broken side so a new one would fit in). Guess the spares are good in case machines miscount number to be put in other sections.

Great chair for 11 months
This chair has been very comfortable and supportive for nearly one year, but in the past week I have noticed the hydraulics are failing. After working at the PC for a while, I notice that I am no longer comfortably elevated. It goes down so slowly I do not realize the change until I am no longer focused on the task at hand and lean back to stretch or to shift in the seat, and discover the chair has moved to the lowest level.I am disappointed it did not last longer, but am glad I had no other issues for 11 months. Perhaps I will investigate replacing the hydraulics, because the chair is still very comfortable, padding has not lost its fluff, all surfaces are still smooth and shiny, and it has never even squeaked.I still recommend this chair.

Sturdy & Comfortable
I bought this for my son who's if 6'3. I was originally planning on buying a gaming chair but they all seemed cheaply made & a little pricey. This chair is very sturdy & very comfortable. My son is very happy with it.

not too impressed at ALL
UPDATE: the gas lift didnt work so the seller took about 3 weeks to get me a new part when i had my friend come by for the 2nd time to put the new part on it made the chair go 8 feet in the air id need a ladder to get on it that was RIDICULOUS and i contacted seller again and he said he would send another part of the same original length but it was on back order for a month and now since he played around for so long the return window will close in a couple of days and i am disabled and cannot return the chair so he tells me i should buy a lift they are all standard if i dont want to wait i told him to make sure i was on the list to get one when they come in as i wasnt spendng more money this chair IS A WASTE OF MONEY and as i originally said that LUMBAR feature HURTS my back and its hzrd to press if you have arthritic hands as i do !!!!DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!the arms are nice the seat is comfy (for now) but i thought it would be higher for my knees as it says 50" and it only goes to about 45 or so and its not ,,,,,,,,,in order to use the lumbar feature you have to sit all the way back and i cant with my crippled back and knees ,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,im not as impressed as i was hoping i read and looked at so many chairs before i chose this one i am disabled and had a friend and her husband put it together if i wasnt crippled id return it in a HOT SECOND but i dont want them to have to bother to take i all apart an drag a 76 lb box to UPS but if i wasnt crippled and disabld this would go back i shoulda inown better since it was made in China im lucky if i get a year out of it i shoulda listened more to the negative reviews and i didnt want the rocking feature thats for sure i bought it for the lumbar feature and its NOT that great believe me i had to put a pillow on the chair -
