Great solution for light-weight battery storage
Great solution for light-weight battery storage; it is a bit pricey, but if large capacity and light weight are a must, it is fantastic; I use it regularly for week-long camping trips and backpacking; keeps my Ipad and Iphone going for almost one week; easy to recharge when you get back to civilization;I also keep it fully stored in my house for emergency preparedness.

Best Lightweight Power Bank For Distance Hikers!
I’ve used the same one for nearly two years now, as I bought it in Dec 2022, it’s gone many miles, charged many things, and hasn’t seemed to have lost any operating capacity! Highly recommend!

Port failed within 90 days
Revised, 9/2025 issue seems to have sorted itself out. Customer support did reach out and was willing to assist so A+ on customer support.Loved this power bank. It was purchased 05/2025. It is very small and light and perfect for travel use. That said one of the ports has already failed. Quite disappointed by this. Will see how customer support goes. Warranty support is questionable as it points you back to Amazon who points you back to Nitecore.

Great powerbank!
Bought a power bank earlier in the year that did not meet my expectations. I then purchased this powerbank. Wheat a difference now this is a power bank. Works well very well.

Disappointing
My experience with the NB 10,000 was amazing and continues to be a fantastic purchase so I thought that by stepping up to the NB 20,000 I would get almost twice as many charges. Sadly, my experience was the opposite. After it arrived and I started using it I noticed that the NB 20,000 wouldn’t even charge my phone as many times as the NB 10,000. Not believing that could actually be the case, I repeatedly compared one to the other and the 10,000 consistently charged my phone and EarPods more times than the new 20,000. I think Nitecore is a good company and makes good products, but this one was very disappointing, perhaps it was just defective?

Compact Power Bank with Impressive Capacity
This compact power bank with two USB-C ports serves as both input and output, eliminating the need for a separate charging port. It packs impressive power capacity in a small, dense package, feeling heavier than expected, which I appreciate for its substantial energy storage. in a small size This brand consistently delivers reliable performance.

Amazing!
I love this thing! I bought it for my trip to Japan. I used this thing day and night. It charges fairly fast, doesn't get too hot (it will warm up though), and can charge items at least 4 times (if not more depending on what you're charging). Totally worth the money. I use it constantly (I like to take it on any adventure where I think my phone or headphones may die) . I think my only issue is it takes forever to recharge it. But if you plug it in before going to bed, it'll be ready for you in the morning!

Good power bank, bad cables.
The unit itself is excellent. The included USB cables are useless. I returned my first unit because of bad cables, and the replacement had the same problem. They don't recognize any devices I plug them into. As soon as I used my own cables it worked fine. Decided to keep the 2nd unit and use my own cables.
