I have had this for a while and whilst I’m unsure if it has made a huge difference it’s very therapeutic.

I was so excited to try this device, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Even on the lowest intensity, the device felt irritating to my sensitive skin, leaving it uncomfortable after use. The EMS microcurrent also delivered an unpleasant shock to my hands when holding the device, which made the experience far from relaxing. Additionally, I found that avoiding the areas of the device that caused the shocks meant the vibrations stopped working on my skin. This made it difficult to use the device effectively. While the concept and design seemed promising, the actual functionality and user experience were disappointing. If you have sensitive skin or are new to microcurrent devices, I would recommend looking for other options that are gentler and more user-friendly.

The first few settings are good but the last one for face lifting seems to be too high and shocked me, don’t know whether it’s faulty or what but just be wary

Thus far, and its only been a few days i am impressed. I have spent many hundreds of pounds on a very similar product that frankly turned out to be a poor quality, ineffective con.... By way of contrast this seems to be well made and effective so far. My criticism would be the instruction print is miniscule and in a muted grey colour which makes it very hard to decipher. In addition diagrams to show how to best direct the machine on facial and neck contours would be helpful. That seems to me to be something fairly easy to remedy. As an ole biddy I am hoping to have the skin of a teen in no time, just kidding, but I will take all the help I can get. In just a few days I can already see an improvement in the tone and texture of my skin.

Came damaged but still working unsure if it’s made any difference

Was sceptical about this product, but it actually works

I purchased this a little while ago. I’ve used it several times and sometimes I think it’s making a difference to my skin when I use it. I have one question in particular when using the EMS Tightening mode, it keeps sending out and electric shock. Little electric shocks randomly over my face as it glides over. Is this normal? Also after I’ve been using it for a couple of minutes I noticed the electric shock start going from the device into my palm of my hand where I’ve been holding the device. Again is this normal? I don’t think it is but I wanted to see what others have found or experience that purchased this product as well as I don’t see that in any of the reviews I’ve seen. So for now, I’ll give it two stars until I hear from others

I’ve used about 3 times. First time all fine second time the vibrating shock type thing you get on some of the setting didn’t happen so I turned off then on again and it seemed fine. Third time it’s wasn’t working again and it was giving me shocks through the handle!
