It's a battery, it just works. Super simple to swap into your system. Holds a charge for longer than the original battery from ~2010.

Purchased March 2025. Worked as promised. But from the very beginning it didn’t seem to hold as much of a charge as the original battery despite having a higher capacity. As of November 2025, the overall capacity of this battery has decreased as much as 50% despite infrequent use of device. Not a reliable solution.

it fits and functions as one would expect a battery replacement to do, it is the EXACT same weight as other 850mAh replacement batteries and weighs less than the original nintendo battery. Cant prove or deny the 2000mAh claim as i lack the equipment currently to do so.

Worked perfectly on my DS :) It wouldn’t even turn on before, but now it works great and charges! Super easy to use and replace the battery.
