This stuff is so disgusting. Even when you crack the seal the scent hits you like an ammonia capsule. Half a serving with double the water is still just horrid. Won’t be buying again, going to stick with zeal brand

The flavor is billed as Mango Citrus. There is pretty much no citrus. It's all mango. I was thinking it would be kind of lemon-ish with mango given the yellow packaging, but it was heavy, heavy mango with maybe an orange overlay. You would really need to love mangos to like this.

Helps my niece who is playing soccer and running cross country. On hard running days, she drinks one after practice and it helps her recover to go again the next day.
