Bought as a gift for my mom. It's easy for her to use daily. She's had no issues that I know of with the printing process or any program connection. I have a few coffee mugs that she's worked on and they've kept up through multiple washes. It's a good purchase for what you get.

Printer purchased to use to sublimation small business. Quality expectations exceeded 200% Noise level: I think the noise is normal for this kind of printer. Value for money: Well-priced for sure, is a high-quality product, from a good brand! Ease of setup: If you follow properly the instructions, you can complete the initial setup and configurations in a normal time. Just make sure you follow the instructions and that's all. Wireless Connectivity: WIFI connectivity works perfect. Print Quality: No complaint about print quality, I purchased for my wife she starts a small sublimation business and the quality of the pictures she is getting are amazing. Functionality: For Sublimation, exceptional! This product is the best, don't matter what kind of stuff you will print...document, pictures, etc... you will get the best quality. Always EPSON

Normally I do not leave negative reviews, but this incident was an absolutely horrible experience with both the third party seller, JPPlus, and with Amazon Customer Service. I bought this printer to use with my ipad and iphone. The description states that it works with PC and IOS. Unfortunately it will not work with the ipad or iphone. If this is what you plan to use, do not buy this printer. JPPlus refused to accept a return, so I talked to Amazon customer service. The agent placed me on hold for several minutes. When he returned he stated they would refund the amount I paid and JPPlus would issue a return label. I clarified that the amount would be refunded and he confirmed that I would receive the refund. I did ask if I needed to do anything else and he stated that I didn’t need to do anything. I would receive the refund to my account and the return label would be emailed to me. Since I was told that I would receive my money back, I ordered a different sublimation printer. Two days later the seller asked for more information and then refused the return. When more info was sent at the request of Amazon, Amazon then refused to refund the money and accept the return. I miss when amazon didn’t use third party sellers and had better customer service!

I have no idea why I waited this long to make a sublimation printer purchase! This Epson printer works great! I purchased it and filled the tanks with the provided ink - it only took about 1/2 of each bottle to fill it up. So far, I have printed designs for 250 Christmas Ornaments, 40 magnets, 200 coasters, 12 coffee mugs, 4 libby glass wraps and multiple designs for T-shirts, garden flags and cutting boards and the tanks are still about half full.
