If you like getting your back scratched, have dry itchy skin, or mobility problems, this is the most amazing product you can imagine. The two ball handles mean no awkward angles like a stick scratcher. Reach each part of you with no effort. It feels exactly like someone scratching your back!! I love a good hard back scratch and use the longer spikes, but the smaller nubs give a good gentle scratch. It works through clothes fantastic. No trying to get it under the collar of a shirt! I love this so much I bought one for everyone in my family for Christmas! As an RN I can say this would make a fantastic gift for elderly or those with mobility issues. I would instruct make sure clothes are on for delicate, thin skin. My only suggestion is maybe a clip on extender for the larger bariatric population. Thank you for making such an awesome product!!

Awesome product. Really lets you get in some quality scratching. Both the sharp and dull sides are great. Fantastic product with perfectly ergonomic balls to hold securely.

My husband has issues reaching is back due to poor shoulders but this product does the trick! Great feature that it has two sides, one less pointier than the other. Easy to use and can reach anywhere on the back. I recommend to anyone who need a good back scratcher.

Absolutely the most satisfying backscratcher that I've ever used! Very easy to use, travels well (I carry mine in my backpack). The scratcher would be worth it if it cost twice as much.

Such a relief to be able to scratch my back without over extending my arms. I have FM and so this gadget is awesome. Love it.

My sister is recovering from her hand/shoulder injuries and this back scratcher can easily be used by her without needing any arm strength. It is very comfortable to massage your back with this. I brought 1 for myself and then 2 others (1 original size and 1 mini) for my sister in different color. She has been using it everyday since. We both like the mini version over the original but for larger great the original version works better. The only down side is after 2 months of continuous usage, the color of the spikes are starting to come off. but nevertheless it is still a great tool / back scratcher.

I'm a new widower. My wife use to scratch my back and I really adored it. Unfurtunately this will not bring back my beloved wife, it but it reminds me those scrathes.
