Best camping sandal I've found!
These have been what I was looking for. Very comfortable to wear and walk around in. They are great for water activities including swimming or boating and equally suited for hiking. They provide protection for your toes and comfort while on a rocky trail or a steep climb. They fit snugly which is more comfortable than I thought it would be since your foot doesn't slide in the shoe. Had to try a couple sizes before realizing that. A definite recommend from me.

Fit and feel are great. Quality appears good.
This pair of closed toe sandals fit perfectly on my foot. They are extremely comfortable whether walking, standing, or sitting. I previously had a pair of closed toe sandals by keen, and I wore them all the time in the summer. I abused them, wearing them in the water, and they lasted for over five years. With the way these feel and look, I am expecting the same type of performance. As you can see by the picture and the scuff on the toe, I’ve already protected my toe at least once. I tend to be a bit frugal with my money, but these sandals are well worth it.

Comfortable and sturdy shoes
Great shoes. Comfortable and sturdy. Needed to order 0.5 size larger to fit my feet well.

From Motorcycles to Sailboats and from Mountain Hikes to Beach Walks - I. Love. My. Keens.
This is my second pair of KEENs. I purchased my first pair while on a family vacation at least 10 years ago - when we were going on a river drift and I wanted something I could hit rocks with that wouldn't get waterlogged and wouldn't hurt my feet. I wore that pair extensively for those 10 years - on trips to all corners of the world, on boats and to the beach. They were great. So when it was time to replace them, it was a no-brainer to get another pair of KEENs. I did order a pair of Tevas at the same time and ended up returning those (I had intended to keep both the Teva's and the KEEN's, but after a short while it became clear to me that I only needed flip-flops and KEENs, the Tevas were redundant and didn't suit my needs as well as the KEENs did).During the summer, if I'm not at work, I'm usually in my KEENs. These are a great all-around summer shoe. The rubber enclosure up front protects your toes, they are comfortable, keep your feet cool, and are durable. The only downsides:* They tend to be just a wee bit small. I considered going up a half-size this time, but decided to stay with my standard size because it is more comfortable once it is on. Because of this, they're a little more difficult to slip on that I'd like (even if I loosen the draw string). This size problem was ultimately the downfall of my last pair - when I impatiently pulled them on and applied too much force, one of the back straps tore - and they never fit the same again. It appears that this has now been reinforced, but I suggest gentleness when pulling them on.* Because they have openings, it is easy to get dirt or rocks into them when hiking or in the water. And because they have a closed toe, it can be difficult to get those out. But I'm not sure that there is any realistic way to avoid that.

These are the best.
Great shoes...I've worn them everywhere for many years. I wear these 95% of the time, including on international trips. After about 12-18 months the side panels get a little rough and tend to separate from the shoe. Where I live it's only a $3 repair job. There was a special deal on the black color so I bought 2 pairs. I have another new pair in a different color that I will wear between the two black pairs. I should be good for the next 6 years. If you like this type of shoe, don't but the cheaper knock offs, buy these Keen when there's a good price offer...well worth the price difference.

Very comfortable. Not quite as ugly when they’re on your feet.
After having these two weeks, I can say they are very comfortable and a good fit for me. I’ve hardly worn anything else since I bought them. I do have narrow feet. Even when they were brand new, I put them on and kind of forgot about them. They never gave me any discomfort or made my back or feet hurt or anything. I’m not much of a hiker, but I have worn them to the beach. Yes they get sand in them, so what? The price has come down around 25% since I bought them and I’m thinking about getting another pair even though I really don’t need to, just because I like them so much.! Just a note about the ugliness factor: they are ugly. But when they’re on your feet, they’re not so bad. I don’t care that much anyway, but looking at them online I was like boy these things are atrocious.
