It was well packaged in the cutest gift box. The necklace sparkles and the birthstone is the perfect shade of blue. I don't expect Zale quality for what I paid however, this necklace doesn't disappoint. I'm glad I ordered it and will gladly order again.

I love this pendant. It's simple yet beautiful, and priced right at $20. The size (for me) is perfect.Some Pros:1. Pendant.2. Price.3. Length of chain.Some Cons:1. White Gold Plating - Pendant's reverse side plating will wear away quickly.2. The Chain - Chain will turn your neck green.3. Price of rechaining can be very expensive. I was able to get the pendant rechained for $20, bringing the total cost to $40+ tax. The new chain stayed on the pendant for 2 weeks of continuous use, before the chain came off. I was warned that may happen, but the alternative was to get the chain laser-welded, for $100+.Read the specifications, read the reviews.I am glad I ordered this item. It has been a good learning experience.I enjoy the pendant and .925 sterling silver replacement chain.The wearing-off of the reverse-side plating doesn't bother me, and the pendant is dainty and beautiful; simple.--I do wish the replacement chain was laser-welded for durability; but at that price, this would turn a $20/$40 gift into a $150 gift with an inexpensive, worn backside, pendant.I do wish the item came with a beautiful sterling silver chain, as advertised; even as an optional upgrade.If so, i would purchase this item again, for $35-45.As is, I would recommend to use your own discretion, and would generally advise staying away,and finding something with a real .925 silver chain, that doesn't turn your neck green.I have now had this item for 4 1/2 months.

This is a lovely item I purchased for my great granddaughter's birthday. It was on her list of things she wanted and I think she will be pleased. It is very pretty and dainty and came in a lovely gift box. It is a great value for the money and I am pleased with it.

At first glance, beautiful stone and necklace but overall very cheaply made and rusted fairly quickly. It’s definitely giftable but not a quality piece of jewelry by any means.

I bought this to have for Valentine's Day. The red in the pictures was true to the color of the stone. The chain is very dainty. It was shipped in a nice box, would be very easy to gift it. The chain is in a bag below the inset to keep it from tangling too much. Overall I am pleased with the necklace's construction and look. I would definitely buy other pieces from them.
