This is a great alternative to regular butter and adds flavour, protein & healthy fats to your diet. We eat this on toasted bread before a heavy sports work out and it fuels the routine. Our first time ordering, we didn’t know whether to use the thinner or thicker part of the butter. And by the end of the bottle, we were left with only the thicker part which was harder to eat. So when we ordered again, we were aware to take an equal portion of both parts. Mix well and enjoy!! Thank you for a great product. Tasted nice...saw this as a great alternative to peanut butter for protein ! But the cap is Lil bit broken , still butter inside is great!no leakage,

Its a good product

I chose this specifically because the reviews mentioned that the consistency is not very thick. I like to drizzle this over granola or yogurt bowls so it is perfect. It tastes fresh, nutty, and delicious. Consistency might be too loose for spreading over toast. The butter is well blended and I store it in the refrigerator as recommended and it tasted great.

The texture is semi liquid. Not like a regular spread. Taste is average not something almond filled. You gotta apply a alot to get the hang of it.
