Good for your health
I didn't expect much. But this device is really soothing and relaxing. These intellectual vibrations actually work! I wouldn't use it during sleep but before or when you feel stressed out. Apollo still uses micro USB charging port. It takes around one hour to full charge. It came completely out of charge which is bad for battery life. And I was a bit worried about it. Seems everything alright though. Edited: i use it for the night also with my schedule. It really did miracle to my sleep❤️

I have a background includes a BS and M.Ed in kinesiology. I also have a Background in Strength and Conditioning and am a General Fitness Enthusiast I Workout 3-4x per day, every day and have what some would call a high stress job as a commercial account manager/sales. I have genetics that are predisposed to high stress responses and for years I had trouble sleeping due to both a COMT gene mutation and elevated stress levels. My brain is always trying to find something to think about particularly when I sleep and that causes more stress and prevents being able to sleep. Using the Apollo Neuro beginning when I wake up and throughout the day and finishing with use while sleeping I’ve been able to improve my sleep to the point where I now wake up on average one time and am able to immediately go back to sleep whereas I used to wake up 6-8x per night and often could get back to sleep. Beyond improved sleep I’ve used the Neuro to help with recovery after and in between my workout sessions. Using the FOCUS program before workouts, the recover program after workouts, and the Social or Calm programs in the gaps between the pre-and post-workout periods. The energy program has been great during that early/mid afternoon time frame where I used to get an energy crash, but now I use the schedule to start the energy program automatically during that period to avoid the crash and lethargy. The schedules have been an amazing benefit so I can wear the Neuro all day and have the programs pre-set to the Vibe that I need for a given time frame. During my morning commute I use calm and during those long work meetings I use Social and Focus. Unwind has been a great program that I use while sitting in my massage chair at night. Overall I’ve not only noticed reduced stress response, but also elevated energy during periods where I was previously dragging. The schedule feature is great because when I feel the Neuro kick on or change programs I also get the remind to try to actively get into the mental state that I had preprogrammed and it has helped me to refocus on being calm or getting energized depending on the state that I need. Overall it has been a great tool and I’ve seen incredible results in terms of reduced stress, improved energy, and better sleep.

I am a therapist working with neurodivergent clients and survivors of complex trauma. As such, I was looking for products to help regulate the nervous system, increase focus, and improve sleep. I have been wearing this product for a few days, most of the day and night. Logistics The bracelet was well-packaged with clear instructions. I find it bulky on my wrist, and the band (which has no size indicated) is too big for my wrist and too small for my ankle. However, it is comfortable to wear and very light. The charging light is yellow when charging and green when fully charged, but the difference between the two is hard to distinguish. On the plus side, connecting the band to my iPhone was very easy, and the app is intuitive. However, I find it frustrating that half the tabs in the app are dedicated to upgrading the product for an additional $99 per year. This feels like a bit of a letdown for a $300 device that already lacks a sleek design. The charging is efficient - I leave it to charge for an hour right after I get up. I wear the Apollo the rest of the day and night. Experience I have tested every available "feel" mode—energy, focus, sleep, etc. I really love how the vibrations feel on my wrist. I’ve noticed improved sleep and an overall sense of relaxation. The scheduling feature is a highlight for me, as it removes the need to remember when to use it. Sometimes, the vibrations are too subtle, so I increase the pressure for better effect. The device is quiet, making it easy to use in public. Overall While I’m not impressed by the design—it could be smaller, more aesthetically pleasing, and have a better band—I really appreciate how it helps me feel calm and supported throughout the day. I think it can help people with adhd in supporting them with focus, and autistic people with decrease overwhelm and increased calm.

This is the second one I've purchased. I bought my first one in 2021, but it crapped out earlier this year so I got about 3 years out of it. I'm a terrible sleeper and found that, for me, that's where I benefitted most using this. After the last one died I opted not to purchase another to see how I did without it. My sleep quality got significantly worse so I decided to buy another one and my sleep quality got much better. It didn't do much for me when it comes to anxiety or anything else except for sleep, but that in itself makes it worth it. That said, aside from the cost, the reason I waited to purchase another is because the app is terrible and does not consistently do all the things that it is supposed to do--e.g., it doesn't accurately, or often at all, keep track of my usage, the schedule--the part I rely on most--will occasionally just not work for reasons that I don't understand. There are often firmware issues, problems updating, etc. I've just stopped using it for anything other than minimal functionality--the schedule to help keep me asleep. Also, the customer service is horrible. They know the app is terrible (though they won't say that) and therefore cannot help you, so you end up going back and forth with them--they suggest basic, obvious fixes (uninstall then reinstall, etc.) that never work and you're just left frustrated. Eventually, somehow and for reasons that nobody will understand it will do what it's supposed to do and then you're fine for a while. If you're expecting all the neat features in the app to work all the time you will be disappointed. I've adjusted my expectations, however, and am pretty happy with being able to sleep better.

My daughter wears her Apollo Neuro every night before bed. She says it is calming and feels like it helps her. We purchased as a recommendation from a naturopathic doctor and it was worth the investment.
