I’ve been using Saltique’s Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt for a few weeks now, and I appreciate its character. This isn’t your average table salt, it’s hand-harvested, unrefined, and full of the natural trace minerals that give authentic sea salt its depth of flavour. You can tell the difference right away, the taste is clean but layered, slightly briny, and much less harsh than regular refined salt. Because it’s finely ground, it dissolves beautifully into soups, sauces, and dressings, and it’s easy to sprinkle evenly over vegetables or meats before roasting. It brings out the best in ingredients without overpowering them, and I love that I can use a little less to get the same punch of flavour. There’s also something satisfying about knowing it hasn’t been bleached, processed, or stripped of its natural mineral content it feels wholesome and closer to nature. If I had to note one drawback, it would be the packaging. The resealable bag works, but it’s not the most durable. Great texture and taste.

This is my favorite salt of all time. Malden salt and smoked salts are great too, but this has the best taste. It is not actually a fine grind. Its a bit coarser than fine, but it is great!
