Why did you choose this product over others?:Had similar brushes to this before and they've been amazing. This doesn't glide through the hair properly at all, as soon as you meet a tangle the plastic bits just spread about which allows so resistance to glide through any tangles. The individual bristles just look like they're being bent by the hair. Really disappointed

Bought it for my daughter as her hair gets tangles easily. This is a life saver.she doesn't complain of pain when I brush her hair. Value fir money and excellent quality. Comes in 2 colours. Brush quality is very good
