The Black Series IG-12 & Grogu, The Mandalorian Deluxe Collectible 6 Inch Action Figure 2-Pack

Nicer than the picture shows. All the little figures have arms which move, and the IG unit can carry the Anzelellans. Grogu fits neatly into the IG. Good toy, and was appreciated by the recipient.

One oversized figure, plus 3 little ones? Sweet! Grogu can turn his head and his arms are articulated. The little helper guys (no squezie!) have head, shoulder and waist articulation rather than just solid chucks of plastic. The figure shockingly does NOT need a stand, mine has been on my shelf for months without falling over. Great for collectors, but little kids will loose the small figures instantly.

Size is good. Value for money worth it. My grandson loves it. Excellent quality. Very cute

The Star Wars franchise has given us several IG droids already, and up until this one (in 2024), all of the Black Series IG droids that Hasbro gave us (IG-88 twice and IG-11) used an old mold and design that was too small and inaccurate. This new IG-12 finally corrects this issue and is the first one that is correctly sized. Hopefully this is a harbinger of new IG droid offerings in the future. The GOOD: A correctly sized IG-12, with Grogu and 2 tiny anzellan mechanics. All are new molds with finely sculpted details. Poseability is nice and paint application is decent, but some weathering paint applications would have made it even prettier. Things to be aware of: 1) the feet articulation is not well implemented, especially side to side ankle pivot. This affects posing and firmly planting a top-heavy robot. 2) my copy of the toy had the ball joints in the arms of IG-12 and Grogu stuck. To prevent breaking Grogu's tiny arms, I had to dip them in hot water to loosen the joints. 3) there are several small pieces that could get detached and get lost, like the levers or lhe limbs of the smaller figures. 4) the package says this toy is 4 years and up. I would say it's better suited for a 10 year old, as some parts are delicate. Also, the small Grogu and anzellans could be choking hazards.

Excellent Star Wars toy. When we bought it the price was much lower than Brick and Mortar stores. We used this as a gift for Big Brothers Big Sisters holiday party and it was snatched up fast!

These IG-12 figures are in good condition regardless of both of them receiving a box cuts in the process of opening the case. I will be opening the one that has the worse cut. At least they have all their parts unlike last year I bought an R2-D2 that had been opened and a piece was taken out and retaped and sold.

So, THIS version of the iconic IG 11/12 character FINALLY can stand on it's own. No propping in a corner, having to pick it up and TRY to reposition to stand...and FAIL! Plus, it's noticeably bigger and thicker than the other versions before. It's also just a great concept in the show and well reproduced. And YES, you CAN get Grogu to grab the driving sticks. It's just not easy and you may even want to put a drop of glue on his hands to keep them there. The set of droid builders is also a wonderful bonus. Overall, the only way I could be more pleased with my purchase, is if I had waited till November when the price was cut almost in half and seems to be staying there. I mean for a 6" TBS DELUXE figure at only $16.00 - NIB ??? How can ya go wrong! I think I'll buy another just-BECAUSE !!! Buy it, You won't regret it and will add a bit of FUN to your collection. But don't buy for small kids as the 3 small creatures can easily be swallowed by toddlers.
